Engineers
All of our engineers are qualified to a minimum standard of City and Guilds
236. The average time the engineers have been with the company is five years
which shows the employment turn around is well below the average figures, this
is because when the company sees a good competent engineer it does its best to
keep them.
Our company also finds it very important to have at least four understudies at
college to keep the flow of trained engineers coming through the ranks.
All members of staff wear Jaylec clothing which includes polo shirts and
jackets, this makes them easy to identify whilst on customers premises. They are
also issued with a photo identification badge for extra security.
